• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the billing period ends

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUTPUT WILL BE UNDETECTABLE BY ALL AI DETECTION TOOLS, AS DETECTION TECHNOLOGY CONTINUOUSLY EVOLVES. RESULTS MAY VARY.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMANIZE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REPUTATION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Humanize AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
